‘LG Singlex’ is an LG Group & Enterprise SaaS platform
I designed the Chatbot Builder for the AI component of an LG Group project, which integrated ERPs of its affiliates into a SaaS model.
The builder allows users to easily create chatbots through a codeless, user-friendly interface.
It supports integration with various channels via REST APIs and connect with multiple data sources.
