This is a collaborative project with Aegon to develop a concept service for a pension plan invested in green funds. My team created the "Round-up Pension" service; we conducted user research, built a prototype, and presented our proposal to Aegon.

Based on our user research findings, we refined our service concept by asking,
'What if, instead of trying to change the reality that people can’t focus on retirement planning, we could enable them to engage with it naturally and effortlessly?

we developed personas for each target user segment and projected how their behaviors might change after using our service.

We gathered user feedback and identified key improvement points for our prototype.
