Overview
Hey Kakao is a multi-channel voice AI assistant service, available on AI speakers, mobile apps, home control pads, Hyundai car-embedded devices, and B2C/B2B chatbot platforms. It connects with over 60 bots and integrates content and knowledge search features.
As the Product Owner of Hey Kakao, I led service strategy, UX design, bot training, and managed data annotators.
Service Flow
The Hey Kakao system consists of three main components: Domain Bots, Multi-Channel Management, and Service Channels.
Domain Bots are connected to individual databases, knowledge containers, and content systems. This system is further categorized by a bot classifier, intent classifier, and vector search functionality.
The Multi-Channel Management system integrates Domain Bots and connects them to Service Channels. It also provides a user interface for display-embedded service channels, such as Hyundai car displays, home control panels, mobile apps, and IoT devices.
Service Channels are embedded with the Hey Kakao native operating system. They enable fast processing, and specific scenes and bots are pre-installed on the system.
Multi Channel
Hey Kakao has AI Speaker, Car embedded AI Assistant, Home control pad and Mobile App.
The service also was collaborated with toy company for kids and created AI embedded dolls(Kongsuni AI).

- Kids Mode offering educational content, voice-based learning games, and an engagement-boosting mission stamp feature designed with input from cognitive psychology experts
